It's a good thing they were just playing/training a young orca...otherwise, if they were truly hunting, they may have tried to tip the boat to dislodge the penguin. Lucky penguin

Oh this was hilarious! 1. I thought if those whales really wanted the penguin, the boat would be toast 2. I wonder if penguins get that chilly shrinking weak leg feeling when there's a close call like that? :D
